Focus
I specialize in working with men, both straight and gay, who feel stuck in their relationships, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
Many of the men I see are dealing with dating that goes nowhere, difficulty with intimacy, or a sense that they keep ending up in the same kinds of relationships. Others are struggling with anxiety, loneliness, or questions about what they actually want from relationships or from life.
If that sounds familiar, therapy can help you understand what’s going on and change it.
You Might Recognize Yourself Here
You’re dating, but nothing seems to stick
You feel disconnected, even when you’re not alone
You don’t say what you actually feel in relationships
You keep ending up in the same patterns
You’re unsure what you want, but you know this isn’t it
You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting.
Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and honest.
We’ll look closely at how you relate to other people, partners, friends, family, and how those patterns developed. From there, we’ll work toward helping you build relationships that feel more stable, connected, and meaningful.
I’m engaged and active in the process. I’ll ask direct questions, offer observations, and challenge you when it’s useful, but always in a way that’s grounded and respectful.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about understanding yourself more clearly and making changes that actually last.
